User Data Deletion Request

• Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their Gozerve account or communications by contacting hello@gozerve.com.
• Please provide your registered mobile number or email address so that we can identify the relevant account or records. After verifying the request, Gozerve will delete or anonymise the applicable personal information, subject to information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
• For information received through WhatsApp, users may include their WhatsApp phone number in the deletion request.
• Gozerve will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.
